SUPER COMM DEFAULTS

The Congressional Super Committee could develop an agreement on how to addressf the Federal Deficit. If this does not change by 11/23 then there are.. ..FOR MORE CLICK TITLE...  likely to be many significant cuts to programs which assist elders including:Energy assistance(home heating), Meal on Wheels, Section 202 housing, Ombudsperson Program, limitations on increases for medical provider payments, etc.). The cuts must total 1.2 trillion dollars and will include defense in addition to other areas. They would go into effect as of 2013.
